Morning Schedule
7:45am – Arrival
Arrive and settle into the calm spa environment.
8:00–8:45am – Energising Pilates
A gentle yet revitalising Pilates session focusing on flow, strength, and flexibility.
Suitable for beginners and all abilities.
8:45–9:45am – Spa Pool Time
Enjoy a peaceful swim or unwind beside the pool in the tranquil spa setting.
10:00am – Healthy Breakfast
Finish the morning with a nourishing breakfast including:
• Ginger wellness shot
• Homemade granola with Greek yoghurt & berry compote
