Join us for a magical three-course Christmas Day lunch at The White House
Tables are available to book in our restaurant between 12:00 pm and 1:45 pm. Once you’ve reserved your time slot, the table is yours for the day, so why not arrive early or linger afterwards to enjoy a festive drink in our bar?
We kindly ask that all guests depart by 4:30 pm so our team can enjoy the evening with their families.
Children are welcome to dine from either our Christmas Day Menu or our Kids’ Menu.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Pre-orders and final balance payment are due 10 days before Christmas Day to help us make your celebration extra special.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
BOOKINGS
A provisional booking is deemed as an enquiry until a deposit has been
paid All bookings require a non-refundable & non-transferrable
deposit at the time of booking.
PAYMENT
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be offset
against bar charges Full payment and Menu choice is due no later than 14 days
prior to the date of the event. Payment can be made by, credit or debit card (over
the phone or at the Hotel) or cash. Bank transfers are available for entire-party
payments only. Any bookings not confirmed in the designated timeframe will
be deemed to have been cancelled and any payments made retained. We advise
guests to insure against cancellation. Should you wish to cancel your reservation
the Organiser who made the booking must confirm this in writing. No refunds
will be given once final payments have been made. We are unable to provide
meals for collection/takeaway in the event of ill health or not non-attendance of
the events. Groups requiring a VAT Invoice must request this at time of booking
and can only be provided after the event.
MISCELLANEOUS
The Management reserves the right to make changes to any programme without
prior notice. Should any damage occur to the Hotel or Hotel property during
the event, a charge will be imposed to cover the cost of such damage. All drinks
are to be purchased from Hotel stocks. No alcohol can be brought into the hotel
(including as gifts). Items specifically requested which we do not normally
stock should be confirmed at the enquiry stage so that we can obtain from our
suppliers. Party Nights are covered by Licencing Legislation therefore admission
is reserved to over 18’s only. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age and
identification The party organiser is responsible for the behaviour all members
of the group. In the likely event of any improper behaviour the responsibility
rests with the party organiser.
